Hi, I'm Stephanni Stafford, founder of Stafford Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC.

I provide professional bookkeeping services from Westminster, Maryland. Thanks to secure cloud-based technology, I work with small business owners both locally and across the country. QuickBooks Online is the bookkeeping platform at the center of nearly everything we do as its functionality, security, and integration with other apps is superior, making it one of the leading bookkeeping solutions on the market.

My goal is simple: to take bookkeeping off your plate so you can spend more time growing your business and less time managing financial records.

Before starting Stafford Bookkeeping Solutions, I spent more than 24 years leading complex performance audits within the federal government. Throughout my career, I managed high-visibility engagements, analyzed financial data, strengthened internal controls, and helped organizations improve their processes. That experience taught me the value of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail—qualities I now bring to every client I serve.

Today, I'm excited to use that experience to help small business owners maintain organized books, gain confidence in their financial information, and focus on what they do best.

Originally from Arizona, I moved to Virginia to attend George Mason University and eventually made Maryland my home. I now live in Westminster with my amazing husband, Mike, and our three spoiled dogs—Bodie, Ellie, and Nicky.
